Gazprom says Sila Sibiri exports unaffected by coronavirus

MOSCOW, Jan 31 (PRIME) – The spread of the Chinese coronavirus did not affect gas exports from Russia via the Sila Sibiri pipeline, Gazprom said in a statement on Friday.

“The situation with coronavirus in China by no means affected gas exports via Sila Sibiri,” the company said.

The World Health Organization said that the outbreak of coronavirus was a global emergency. About 9,700 people contracted the virus, 213 of whom died.
